Can you design and build custom products?
We are set up to provide custom made frames and display products. We can modify many of the SwingFrame products. You can request custom sizes, colors, finishes, or depths. What forms of payment does LetterBoards4Sale accept?

How do I qualify for Net Terms?

What if I qualify for a tax exemption?
We are required by law to collect tax in many states. If your business or organization qualifies for a tax exemption, please submit your certificate so we can ensure you are not charged tax.

Does LetterBoards4Sale sell other products not listed on our website?

Are color samples available?
Yes, but samples may not be available for all products. Contact customer service at 844-409-1139 to see if specific color samples are available. Small pieces of wood and metal frame mouldings, profile colors and finishes, matboard color specifiers, laminated color chips, fabric, and other substrates are available for SwingFrame products and many other display products. Samples are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If requested, we charge for the shipping costs, or if you prefer, we can use your shipping account number.
Is there a showroom?
We do not have a showroom. However, our office does have many of the products we manufacture on display. You are welcome to stop by to see our facilities. Please call 844-409-1139 to schedule an appointment.
Does LetterBoards4Sale have a catalog?
LetterBoards4Sale is strictly an online E-Commerce website. All products featured have sizes, colors, pricing, shipping information, and other details to help you decide which display fits your specific application, design, or decor needs.
Can LetterBoards4Sale arrange for product assembly assistance?
Many of our items are simple to assemble and install by either you or someone you know. We have instructional videos on how to assemble many of our products. Arrangements for products to be pre-assembled may be made but depend on the item's size/weight and where it is shipping to.
Some of our products with lighting do require a licensed electrician if you are hard-wiring the display.
Inside Delivery to the Exact Location can be provided for large freight items where a large item can be delivered via freight truck, unpacked, by the delivery driver, and placed in the desired location. This service does not include assembly or installation.
Does LetterBoards4Sale sell replacement parts?
Certain replacement parts are available for purchase—contact customer service for assistance and cost.
Where can I read about warranty information for our products?
Many products are guaranteed for quality and materials (not including normal wear and tear). Warranty information can be found on each product page.
